And Sportsman, that is what the post was all about. I knew some on here would know what i meant.
Actually figured it may stir all to think of their school.
Every one should have those dreams of their alma mater.
A Dawg, A Indian, A Greewave, A Viking, A Raider, A Blue Devil, A Wildcat, A Blue Knight.
It's all about hard work. Good times, life long friends, and a alma mater and community you love. One that stood behind you when you needed them.
As much as Tom was a coach he was a friend. He always wanted his players to remember, it's more than just football it's about the one who lines up beside you. The one who sweats with you. The one who carries you when your down.
This Friday will be a day of reflection and emotions for a lot of us ole Dawgs.
And a Dawg team will take the field with a lot of heart, desire, dedication, determination and hard work behind them, to walk down those steps, hear that crowd, and go to battle with a small town and a bunch of ole Dawgs cheering them on.
And i think we will have the 12th man looking in from above.
Smiling a big smile, saying well they got what i was talking about and their pushing on together.
This Friday we got a lot to remember folks. Coaches and Friends.
